Going away for a while
Going off to the hospital for the surgery. I think there are some possibilties for internet acess, although I'm not sure. If so, I will look you up and maybe even do a post.
In the mean time- Behave (c;
Nope. Did not work this time. I am drugged as a... Badger on crack. They will make another try on Tuesday. Well, atleast I can spend the weekend at home.
Hopefully I will be up and running tomorrow Friday.
Until then.
Behave.
Update:
Away again. By god do I hate the procedures with the Descutan wash and all. Hopefully, I will not wake up with a full leg cast. On the downside, that will mean that I will have to do another surgery "sometimes in the future".
This is written at 04:35 am!
I don't know why they are so eager to have me there at this time in the morning. Heck- they will even not have to anethesise me- just give me a pillow!
The procedure itself is surrealistic.
All people in pre- op are walking around (those who can of course) drugged down, in garbs that are tied in the back, net stockings, blankets over the shoulders, with plastic foot wrappers and with IV:s in their arms.
It's like a scene from "One flew over the cuckoo's nest".
The beds are so short that my feets are dangeling over the short end- and I'm just 186 cm long.
Well, well. Hopefully it will go right this time.
I'll see you when I see you!

Thank you Anticant.
Having crutched my way for the past few months have given me some perspective on things.
Also, I have been given an "outside" picture of socialised medical care that have given me some new perspectives.
My son is still calling me "Daddy Monster" and I have the scars to prove it. The upside thing is that I'm feared and chearished at the kindergarten, where the children looks at me with equal amounts of the both.
"Come and scare us with your crutches"- Are a usual remark.
HEH!
Well, atleast the drugs are good- even though I don't know why anyone ever get addicted to them; they just get you dizzy, tiered and constipated.
Hmm, it's getting late. Not really- it's only midnight; but the inflammation is killing me so to speak.
Got to go to bed.
Hope you are well!
