Muslims in Australia

"Sydney - March 11, 2007 -Muslim cleric Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali announced today that Australia's 300,000 Muslims are considering forming their own political party, but one that will be be open to all faiths.Interestingly, al Hilali, the imam of Sydney's biggest mosque, doesn't speak English despite more than 20 years in Australia, which should give you an idea of how insulated some Muslims have made themselves from Australian society and culture. What Muslims need are fewer things to further isolate themselves from the mainstream society. They need to join the existing parties and become Australians. My first suggestion for Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali is that before going around trying to change Australia to your liking, learn the goddamn language of your adopted country, you moron. Perhaps then Australians might be more fair to you. They certainly won't consider giving you equality if you run around ranting in Arabic and raping white young things because they don't wear a veil."
